Handful of mint leaves
2 oz. Kansas
¾ oz. simple syrup
HOW TO MIX IT
Muddle the mint and oranges in the simple syrup. Add Kansas and ice, shake well. Pour into a highball or rocks glass, top with club soda. Garnish: fresh mint. Check mirror for halo.
